Recs for (real) African Music. What is known by African Music is nothing but Western Popular Music with questionable real African influence. What I consider real African Music is griot music, mbira music - true folk shit. Rec stuff like that. I'll start: the blog wrldsrv has links to cassettes of colonial recordings from Southern Africa of Mbira music; good place to start.
