When I was a child I wanted to be a pop star, it can't end like this. How do I eject demons from my body? They entered into my body a long time ago and have made me think and feel the most strange things about myself! My friend, who has made me realise they are demons, has recommended I do the Wim Hof method for thirty minutes straight a day but this does not seem to be working. Wim Hof is just breathing in place, in varying ways. There's a time for breathing techniques, but it's fallacious to think something simple, easy, can ever replace something difficult, tedious, and complex.
If you sincerely believe demons have possessed you to some degree, why not look into exorcists?
