The slash should be pronounced 'or' or 'and', or 'cum' (you don't hear this so much anymore, because people have dirty minds--it's borrowed from Latin, 'with'), according to the context. Pronouncing '/' as 'slash' is like pronouncing '&' as 'ampersand'.
To start.
People who say "slash" out loud; as in when they are reading something out loud that has the character "/" in it and it's not part of a URL or something technical like that.
People have even started using it willy-nilly in casual speech. I hate it.

How would Americans even survive without movies telling them how to construct themselves

You will be first in line for the firing squad when Mayor Zamdandi finally enacts TSD (total stroller death)

Haha I think I remember this, did you post it a year or two ago? I totally agree by the way, NPC behavior for sure
I got flamed on the original subreddit for posting this but when someone empirically sees you, with their own two eyes, trying something like a door handle or a water fountain and it obviously not working, and then insists on trying it too as if they have some sort of magic touch, it makes me want to take their eyes out with an apple corer

Firefox auto-updated and it's uglier now, why do they keep changing shit? Container tabs now have the bar on top instead of to the side making things confusing and ugly. Of course it's the Ubuntu snap adding insult to injury. As soon as I'm done with some housekeeping I'm moving off this damn distro once and for all
Every single young female writer is a BPD whore who cannot write about anything besides her antidepressants and her attraction to smelly men her father’s age. If my prose wasn’t atrocious I wouldwrite the first gen Z autistic whore novel just so I could feel represented.

It was a minor annoyance because I went to the bookstore and was mildly annoyed by every young female debut being mental hospital autofiction.

Doesn't sound like a "minor annoyance"

I know of "chile" as in the AAVE term but I will never not read it as the country name Chile when I come across it online. It's one of those words that's meant to be said and not written. Or at least a different transcription should have been used. Yeah, I understand there's no blackspeak-to-mainstream zoomer English committee...

What? It's just "child" with a more dipthong-ed "i' and reduced d.

>the masses
It's just the boomers and Gen X that seem enthralled by these shitty AI images, which is funny because I've seen models that can do way better images but it seems like they prefer the shittier ones.
It's midterm season and someone used my number to register in a state I have never been to, so every day I get texts like this. AI sure likes the swooshy underlines doesn't it. Why do the masses lap up generated graphics?
Well I would sure hate for that to happen! They even animated it to drive the point home.
Also,
>Turek has been described as a moderate[34][35] and has called himself a "common-sense" moderate and a "prairie populist".[2][36]
